Function It is important for teeth and bones, helps the body use calcium and phosphorus, prevents uterine disease (softening bones in children).
Vitamin D Deficiency Rheumatoid arthritis (joint joint), Osteomalacia disease (excessive loss of phosphorus and calcium), diabetes, Rahcitis.
Food Sources Fish, eggs, liver, Mushrooms, Soybeans, Milk, uandg, oysters. Exposure to sunlight.
